MEET THE TEAM

New Beginnings Homes is a ministry of Youth With A Mission, a global Christian missionary organization (YWAM.org). All of our full-time staff members are YWAM alumni having completed at minimum an introductory Discipleship Training School. As with all YWAMers worldwide, our staff are unpaid volunteers. That means they live and serve NBHomes because they are called by God. Each staff members makes a commitment to fundraise as means to cover their living expenses. This model is unique and foundational for our ministry.

Miles & Debi Musick

Founders & Directors

For over four decades Miles & Debi have given their lives to serving women & babies. They founded this ministry to empower vulnerable pregnant women by giving them an uplifting family atmosphere. They have supported over 600 women with housing, mentorship, nutrition, transportation and access to medical care. They have done all of this while raising their own six children, and now have 7 grandchildren.

Jon & Steph Souliere

Houseparents

Jon & Steph, along with their 3 year old son Areli, joined our ministry in January of 2023. Steph has been working in the world of birth for many years as a missionary midwife, doula, options counselor, and childbirth educator. Jon has a keen mind for business, finance, and education! Together they found their purpose in ministry to serve pregnant women and create a welcoming family home.

Christianni Havrilla

Houseparent

Christianni was born and raised in the Puyallup area. She is passionate about encouraging women to see the strength and beauty that God created in them. Christianni and her daughter Chloe live at House of Blessings with the women that have made the brave choice to place their babies for adoption. She is very creative at finding outings for the women and loves to cook and celebrate each gal as they reach goals

Miriam Mosely

SIngle Moms staff

Miriam is the Queen of Hospitality, a fabulous barista, and always game for an adventure. She adores fun filled nights with games, laughter, and great conversation. She has traveled the world, studied the bible, and has a contagious zeal for Jesus and discipling. We are so blessed to have her part of our team!
