New Beginnings Homes is a ministry under Youth With A Mission, a global Christian missionary organization (YWAM.org). All of our full-time staff members are YWAM alumni having completed at minimum an introductory Discipleship Training School. As with all YWAMers worldwide, our staff are unpaid volunteers. That means they live and serve NBHomes because they are called by God. Each staff member makes a commitment to fundraise as means to cover their living expenses. OPEN STAFF POSITIONS
We welcome applications from individuals, married couples, and families who feel called to support the mission of New Beginnings Homes. One of our goals at NBH is to create an environment where single mothers can experience healthy relationships, family dynamics, and supportive community. Whether you are single, married, or raising children, your presence can play a meaningful role in the lives of the moms and babies we serve.
If applying as a couple, some positions may be a natural fit for one spouse, while others may align more closely with the gifts and experience of the other. We encourage couples to explore the available opportunities together and prayerfully consider how they may be able to serve.
AfterCare Programs Lead
Walk alongside single mothers and birth mothers during the pivotal first 18 months postpartum. In this role, you build meaningful relationships with residents, encourage them as they pursue personal and long-term goals, and help create a safe, supportive, and hope-filled environment for moms and babies.
STAFF ASSISTANT
We are looking for a single woman who is passionate about her Christian faith and is CALLED to helping single mothers as they CHOOSE LIFE for their baby.
As the Staff Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for expectant mothers. You'll play a crucial role in empowering women transition into parenthood with confidence.
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
Help share stories of hope, growth, and transformation through the ministry of New Beginnings Homes. As the Communications Coordinator, you will use newsletters, social media, print materials, website content and design, and creative storytelling to connect supporters, volunteers, churches, and donors to the life-changing work happening at NBH every day.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is creative and excited about meaningful communication. Your work will help strengthen community engagement, increase awareness, and support more women and babies through the mission of NBH.
GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE LEAD
NBH is seeking a reliable and skilled male staff person to oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our homes and property. This is a hands-on role that supports the ministry in a vital way—helping create and maintain a space where moms and their children can thrive.

DAYCARE LEAD
To support residents and staff of NBHomes programs as well as graduates by providing safe, loving, nurturing, convenient, and affordable care for their young children on our campus.
