New Beginnings Homes is a ministry under Youth With A Mission, a global Christian missionary organization (YWAM.org). All of our full-time staff members are YWAM alumni having completed at minimum an introductory Discipleship Training School. As with all YWAMers worldwide, our staff are unpaid volunteers. That means they live and serve NBHomes because they are called by God. Each staff member makes a commitment to fundraise as means to cover their living expenses. DAYCARE LEAD
To support residents and staff of NBHomes programs as well as graduates by providing safe, loving, nurturing, convenient, and affordable care for their young children on our campus.
The dream of starting our own daycare center is in God's heart! This program does not yet exist. Are you passionate about babies, toddlers, or childhood development and education? Come dream with us!
STAFF ASSISTANT
We are looking for a single woman who is passionate about her Christian faith and is CALLED to helping single mothers as they CHOOSE LIFE for their baby.

As the Staff Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for expectant mothers. You'll play a crucial role in empowering women transition into parenthood with confidence.

GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE LEAD
NBH is seeking a reliable and skilled male staff person to oversee the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our homes and property. This is a hands-on role that supports the ministry in a vital way—helping create and maintain a space where moms and their children can thrive.
