New Beginnings Homes is a ministry of Youth With A Mission, a global Christian missionary organization (YWAM.org). All of our full-time staff members are YWAM alumni having completed at minimum an introductory Discipleship Training School. As with all YWAMers worldwide, our staff are unpaid volunteers. That means they live and serve NBHomes because they are called by God. Each staff member makes a commitment to fundraise as means to cover their living expenses.
